Here is an email excerpt from our Super-Duper ChildCare provider and friend, Valerie. Scott dressed her in what we thought was a one piece dress and jeans (a "teen look" as Scott said). Valerie wrote me today about Ainsley's outfit:
"Anyway, Scott's choice of outfit was perfectly fashionable. But we noticed this extra piece of fabric inside her dress and we were thinking, "what is this a cape or something?" But then I realized it was the bloomers that go with the dress, still attached with those things they use to attach tags. I cut it out, but it was SO FUNNY! We were cracking up! Scott's taste is fabulous, no worries there."

Ah...Scotty's first "Daddy dresses the baby weird" faux pas. This will be the first of many, I'm afraid, Jen. Don't EVER let him cut her hair.
We were camping with some friends years ago and their toddler daughter was getting cold, so the mom gave the dad a blanket sleeper and said, "She's getting cold. Can you put this on her?" He did...over her little hiking boots. Seriously. Daddies are wonderful people, but they lack something in their DNA when it comes to dressing someone other than themselves.
